In A Pickle
From living on the Central Coast all of my life, it was deemed neccessary that I was to do a site change to the country in 2010. Moving to the country, I was a stay at home mum where I noticed the abundance of fruit and vegetables, and even more notably, the waste that was being made with the ‘seconds’ in fruit and vegetables.
Seeing that these were only classed as seconds due to irregular size, I started cooking my own jams and pickles in my own kitchen for family and friends where I was told I should take it further to the community.
So now, 14 years down the track, I now run still out of home in a commercial kitchen supplying the community and the country in a variety of jams, pickles, relishes, chutneys, sauces, dip mixes and BBQ rubs through my website and also now supply a various selections of shops around NSW.

Received my jam, chutney and relish today. Dipped my little finger in for a taste test. Have to say yum, yum, yum for each one. Very happy with the time it took to get to me given it can take 4 to 5 days for post from Sydney to reach me.

I brought the mix ins. I've only used the garlic and chive one. But im addicted. Will definetly be buying more. Thank you for making an amazing product.
Just wanted to say how wonderful your products are the best. Holy moly the relishes sauces and jam is delicious. I have never seen the kids eat so much jam.
