RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

In a Pickle Preserves


Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided where:

  • The product is faulty

  • The incorrect item was supplied

  • The product does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
