• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Prices include GST where applicable.

• Full payment is required at checkout prior to dispatch unless approved wholesale credit terms apply.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment has not been successfully processed.

4. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale accounts must be approved prior to ordering.

All wholesale invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in:

• Suspension of supply

• Cancellation of pending orders

• Requirement for pre-payment on future orders

• Recovery action for outstanding amounts

5. Retention of Title

Ownership of goods remains with In a Pickle Preserves until payment has been received in full.

If payment is not made in accordance with agreed terms, we reserve the right to recover goods supplied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
